MASTER SUITE #1

One of the two Master bedrooms is located on the East side of the ranch, off the main living room, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of house.
Room Features: King bed, wood burning fire place, en suite bathroom with shower, armoire, black out curtains, and a sliding glass door with direct access to back yard

MASTER SUITE #2

Our second master bedroom located on the south side of the ranch and features a unique apartment style lay out. The bedroom is attached to second living area that can be closed off from the rest of the house. The bedroom can also be closed off from the living space for additional privacy.
Room Features: Cal King bed, en suite bathroom with shower and bath, closet, dresser, sitting area, and a private patio with seating for two. The living area features a television with Apple TV, queen sized pull out sofa, work out area with a Peloton, weights, and yoga mats as well as a sauna.

GUEST ROOM #1

Our first guest room is perfect for kids or adults who require additional sleeping spaces. For children, we have a potty seat and white noise machine.

The second guest room is perfect for parents who would like to be near their children or as well as couples.

The den is a versatile space off the main living room that can be used in a variety of ways.

LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM
Our spacious living room boasts an impressive wood burning fireplace, two oversized sofas, and two club chairs. The dining room can seat 10 comfortably, and up to 12. The sliding glass doors lead to the expansive yard and the windows up to views of the vineyards. The perfect place to relax after a day of wine tasting.
SECOND LIVING ROOM, GYM, & SAUNA

A second living room, small home gym, and sauna are located off the second bedroom. This living area features a queen size pull out sofa, wall-mounted television, and Apple TV.
​
The gym is includes a Peloton (women's size 8 shoes and men's size 11 shoes are available), a bench, free weights, yoga mats, and resistance bands complete your workout. A giant dry sauna will help you relax and unwind
KITCHEN

The kitchen includes all you need to comfortably cook at home including:
All Clad pots and pans, a Keurig coffee maker, a Bonvita drip coffee marker, wine/champagne/cocktail glasses, seating for 8 at the table and 5 at the bar. There are serving bowls and utensils galore are as well a picnic basket and learning tower/mothers helper for the little ones. The sink features filtered drinking water.

ADDITIONAL AMENTITIES
The home includes a full size washer and dryer, Ooni pizza over, Traeger smoker, BBQ, and The Ranch Boss Cowboy Cauldron.
For the kids, there are pool toys, bicycles, scooters, toys, and games.

*Prior to the recent Santa Barbara County ordinance restricting short term rentals (31 days or less), this home has always been rented as a 4 bedroom property, accommodating up to 14 adults. Current code only allows 6 adults ( in 3 bedrooms)—additional children are allowed, up to maximum of 10. We abide by this ordinance. Rentals of 31 days allow up to 14 adults. We want to accurately disclose that this home is larger than a 3 bedroom home, for those seeking 31 days or more rentals.

POOL, BACKYARD, AND VINEYARDS
The crown jewel of the Eberhard Ranch is the expansive 10 acre backyard and award wining vineyards. Enjoy a picnic under the massive weeping willow, go for a swim in the pool or dip in the huge hot tub. Put your cooking skills to the test with the Ooni pizza oven or Traeger smoker. Toast some marshmallows over out Cowboy Cauldron while enjoying views of the mountains and vineyards or simply enjoy the sounds of the koi pond.
And, of course, pay a visit to our adorable animals! We have seven chickens, three babydoll sheep, two alpacas, and a pony!
